The Mediterranean Award for culture and Dialogue among Civilsations 2009 was delivered to Carmen Romeroduring the Ceremony held in the Complesso Museale di Santa Maria La Nova.
Fondazione Mediterraneo assigned the Prize to the founder of the Circulo Mediterraneo for her contribution to actions and thoughts in the euro-mediterranean area aimed at the promotion of the necessary integration among Politics, Culture and Civil Societies.
