The Accademia was a unique venue which made the whole occasion unforgettable. The work of the Accademia and the Fondazione is important and impressive. Please convey our thanks also to your collaborators, and in particular to your Vice-President, Mrs Arcidiacono, for everything they did to ensure the success of our visit.

I also want to thank you and your wife especially for having hosted us for dinner on your terrace overlooking the sparkling bay and for showing me around your beautiful home – it was truly an enchanting evening.
